What's the minimum order amount?There is no minimum order amount at our company, although we do encourage customers to purchase more than one bar to recieve free shipping. :)

Do you accept returns?We want you to be overwhelmed with excitement and happy with your purchase. If you’d like to return or exchange a phone or online order, please call Customer Care toll-free number to obtain a return authorization. Further instructions will be given. Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 45 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable. Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization. ​ If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact Customer Care and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost. Our apologies, all items purchased online or by phone may be returned by contacting our Customer Care team at (909)876-3133

Is lye used in a Pure Lave bar?Of course there is lye in the soap All REAL soap is made with lye ( sodium hyroxide mixed w/ liquid). ANY skin or hair cleasing products made without lye is not soap..... it is detergent.

Is there lye in a bar of Pure Lave?The answer is NO!!!! The process of making bars of soaps is called soponification, which combines the lye and natural oils together. There is no lye present in the finished bars of soap. While all real soap must be made with lye, no lye remains in our finished product after saponification.
